Tech Horizon 2.0 - National Level Hackathon: Stages and Timelines

Round 1: Idea Submission

Participants must submit their idea based on the selected hackathon theme.

Submission must include:

  • Problem Statement
  • Proposed Solution
  • Technology Stack
  • Expected Impact
  • PPT/PDF (Max 10 slides)

Round 2: 48-Hour Offline Hackathon

Shortlisted teams from Round 1 will be invited to participate in the 48-hour offline hackathon at Guru Nanak Institutions Technical Campus (GNITC), Hyderabad. During this round, participants will: Develop a working prototype based on their submitted idea, collaborate with team members, receive guidance from mentors, and enhance and scale their solution. Teams must bring their own laptops, chargers, and necessary resources.

Round 3: Final Presentation & Evaluation

Teams will present their final solution to a panel of judges at Guru Nanak Institutions Technical Campus (GNITC), Hyderabad. Each team will: Demonstrate their working prototype Explain the problem statement and solution approach Showcase key features and innovations Answer questions from judges Evaluation will be based on innovation, technical implementation, usability, and real-world impact. Winners will be announced after the final evaluation.
