About the Event:

• The AI Hiring Show by Rabbitt Learning is an in-person event which brings together the AI enthusiasts and Top recruiters from companies like BOAT, Blinkit, Deloitte, Rabbitt AI, Dentsu, Zepto, Fractal and many more to make hiring easy. 
• You’ll participate in fast-paced challenges designed to test creativity, teamwork, and AI skills and get hired ON THE SPOT. 
• Calling all AI Developers, Engineers, Product Managers, Marketers and AI Enthusiasts.
• Don't worry if you are not a Techie, we have jobs opportunities for you as well.

Eligibility:

• Final-year undergrad or postgrad students (any stream)
• Working professionals
• Tech and Non-Tech backgrounds — both are welcome
• Participants must be available to attend the in-person event in Gurugram on 5th July 2025.

Event Format:

The event is a one-day on-ground experience with 3 stages:

Round 1: Problem-Solving Sprint

• Teams will be formed on spot and will be given real-world problem statements (across domains like product, marketing, ops, tech)
• You'll use AI tools to ideate and build a solution
• Duration: 3 hours
• You’ll work onsite with your team (AI tools & internet will be provided)

Round 2: Live Pitch to Recruiters

• Present your solution in a 5-minute pitch to a panel of recruiters and AI experts

Round 3: Final Selection / Hiring Conversations

• Shortlisted teams/individuals will have on-the-spot interviews or hiring discussions with recruiters
• HRs will share interest for internships, projects, and full-time roles

Rules:

• All participants must be physically present at the venue (Gurugram) on 5th July
• Use of AI tools is encouraged — bring your own devices, but internet and setup will be provided
• All work must be original and created during the event duration
• Plagiarism or copying others’ ideas will lead to disqualification
• Respect the time limits during the pitch round
• Judges’ and recruiters’ decisions will be final

Tools Allowed:

• AI Text Tools: ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Notion AI, etc.
• AI Design/Visual Tools: Midjourney, Canva AI, RunwayML
• No-Code Tools: Glide, Zapier, Make, Replit
• Any publicly available AI tools — depending on the use case

Outcomes:

• Top participants will get on-the-spot job offers or interview calls
• Certificates of participation for all attendees
• Networking with recruiters, AI mentors, and startup leaders
• Free Rabbitt Learning credits for select participants
