N.B. : Living Accommodation and Food Services will be provided to the teams who qualify for offline rounds, either free or at very nominal charges.

Rules:

Round 1 (Online Mode):

• The quiz must commence promptly at the scheduled time to maintain the integrity of the competition.
  All team members are required to have their cameras turned on throughout the quiz to ensure visibility and monitor fair play.
• Participants are strictly prohibited from accessing the internet during the quiz to maintain the authenticity of individual responses.

Round 2 (Offline Mode):

• Participants are allowed to access the internet during this round to facilitate research and enhance problem-solving.
• In this round, incorrect answers will result in a penalty with a deduction from the team's overall score. Additionally, the hints provided come at a cost, impacting the team's points. This approach encourages strategic decision-making and careful consideration of responses.

Round 3 (Offline Mode):

• Only teams that have successfully qualified in Round 2 will be eligible to participate in this round.
  The rules and regulations established for Round 2 will remain unchanged for Round 3.
• Participants are expected to adhere to the same set of guidelines to maintain continuity and fairness throughout the competition.

Other Rules (Common Rules of The Entire Event):

• Once teams are formed, changes to team members are strictly prohibited. Team composition remains fixed throughout the competition to uphold fairness and consistency.
• Teams are strictly forbidden from seeking help or collaborating with members of other teams during the quiz to maintain fair play and individual team performance.
• For any technical concerns or issues that may arise during the event, participants are instructed to contact only club members designated for technical assistance. This streamlined communication process ensures efficient problem resolution while maintaining event organization.
• Violations of the established rules may result in severe consequences, including potential disqualification from the contest. Participants are urged to adhere to the rules diligently to maintain the integrity and fairness of the competition.
