Abstract Reviews
Select a problem statement from the attached document. Upload a abstract in pptx or pdf in the registration form, once you’ve come up with a possible solution, on or before 19th October 2022. Teams will be shortlisted based on the PPT and the results will be updated on 22nd October 2022.
kindly note that it is mandatory to follow the ppt format, else the registration is considered invalid.
Prototype Building
•Participants are requested to travel to VNR VJIET, Hyderabad, Telangana on their own.
•Accommodation for one night will be provided.
•There is no registration fee for the first round.
•The teams shortlisted for finals will be requested to pay Rs. 500 (per team) for accommodation on November 4th, 2022.
•Lunch, Dinner, and Breakfast will be provided for 2 days.
•Participants are requested to stay within the campus on both days.
•Participants are expected to build a basic prototype of their idea in form of software/hardware.
•The components or tools required to build the solution in the hardware domain are to be brought by the team itself.
•Goodies will be given to the shortlisted teams.
•The organizers are not responsible for any action taken as a consequence of the violation of rules.

Greetings from team Computer Society of India (CSI), the student branch chapter of VNR VJIET.
We, the members of CSI VNR VJIET, are conducting VJ Hackathon 2022 (Victory & Joy in Smart Innovations) in collaboration with the Department of Computer Science & Engineering. VJ Hackathon 2022 will be held on the 4th & 5th of November 2022. It is a nationwide event with participants and jurors coming from all over the country including IITs, NITs, IIITs, and other Universities.
The domains under the hackathon include:
- Agriculture
- Smart Education
- Healthcare
Hackathon Process:
- Select a problem statement from the attached document
- Upload a PPT in the registration form given, once you’ve come up with a possible solution, on or before 15th October 2022
- Teams will be shortlisted based on your PPT and the results will be updated on 22nd October 2022.
- Team size: maximum 3 students, 1 mentor (optional)
Cash prizes include:
- Winner: Rs 10,000 (for each domain)
- Runner: Rs 7,000 (for each domain)

Participation certificates for the participants and winner certificates for the finalists will be given.
Note:
- Participants are requested to travel to VNR VJIET, Hyderabad, Telangana on their own. Accommodation for one night will be provided

Rules:
- The abstract template should not be changed
- Mention your team details properly
- Team size: not more than 3 (can have a mentor, It's optional)
- The abstract should be submitted before 15th October
- Check your emails on 22nd October whether you are shortlisted or not
- Shortlisted teams should be ready with their approaches for solving the problem
- Don't forget to Submit the final PPT
