Rules & Regulations:

• Max 3 members per team
• Event conducted online
• Submit original work only
• Demo link submission before deadline
• No refund after registration
• Judges’ decision is final

Registration Fee (Per Team):

• 1 Member: ₹200
• 2 Members: ₹400
• 3 Members: ₹500

Prize Pool: ₹5000

Round 1: Idea Submission & Abstract (Online - Prelims)

• Deadline: 23 May 2025
• Teams must submit an abstract of their project idea based on the chosen theme
• Include: Problem Statement, Proposed Solution, Tech Stack, and Impact
• Format: PDF or PPT (Max 2 pages/slides) + short video (optional)
• Evaluation Criteria: Relevance to theme, innovation, feasibility, and clarity
• Result Announcement: Top 10–15 teams will be shortlisted for Round 2

Round 2: Prototype Development (Build Phase)

• Date: 24 May 2025 (One Day - Online)
• Shortlisted teams will build a working prototype or minimum viable product (MVP) of their idea
• Teams must document progress and submit a GitHub link and demo video (3–5 minutes)
• Mentors will be available for queries and guidance during specific hours
• Evaluation Criteria: Functionality, UI/UX, innovation, technical implementation

Round 3: Final Presentation & Q&A (Pitch Day)

• Date: 25 May 2025 (Online via Google Meet/Zoom)
• Finalists will present their project live to the judging panel
• Each team gets:
  • 7 minutes for presentation
  • 3 minutes for Q&A
• Must showcase: Problem, solution, demo, impact, and scalability
• Winners will be announced based on presentation, innovation, completeness, and relevance to theme
