World Computer Hacker League (WCHL) by ICP – Hackathon

The World Computer Hacker League (WCHL), powered by ICP, is a global, multi-level hackathon designed to bring together top tech talent. With a $300,000 prize pool, it provides a platform for showcasing innovation in emerging technologies.

Hackathon Structure

• Round 1 (India Level):
  Participants will compete nationally, tackling challenges in blockchain, AI, and other emerging technologies.
• Round 2 (India Level):
  A second India-based round with more complex technical problems.
• Round 3 (Asia Level):
  Selected participants from Asia will solve high-stakes challenges collaboratively and competitively.
• Round 4 (Global Level):
  Final round with global participants competing for the ultimate prize pool.

Prize Pool

• Total Prize Pool: $300,000
• 3 Winners per Round: Cash prizes and recognition at every level

Breakdown:

• Qualification Round: $30,000 across all countries
• National Round: $50,000 across all countries, with bounties for innovation and technical excellence
• Regional Round: $70,000 across all regions
• Global Finale Round: $150,000, with special awards for innovation and ecosystem impact

Eligibility

• Team member- 2 to 5
• Open to all roles, including UI/UX designers, developers, researchers, etc.

Participation Guidelines

• Attendance in all rounds is mandatory for progression
• Each round includes challenges in areas like blockchain, AI, and other emerging technologies
