Role Overview 

As an AI Campus Leader, you will represent Masters’ Union’s AI initiatives within your institution.This is a performance-led collaboration designed for students who can mobilize and influence AI-focused communities.

You will :

• Drive awareness around Applied AI and emerging AI careers
• Promote curated AI webinars, hackathons, and scholarship initiatives
• Drive qualified registrations through official channels
• Ensure strong verified live participation
• Activate and engage your campus AI network
  

Mandatory Step After Applying 

After submitting your application on Unstop, all applicants must join the Official AI Campus Leaders WhatsApp Community to receive:

• Shortlisting updates
• Interview communication
•  Incentive structure details
•  Event toolkits & onboarding instructions

Applications without joining the official community will not be considered for further evaluation.

Eligibility Criteria 

• BE / BTech / BCA students
• Open to all years of study
• Students with an active AI / ML / Tech network on campus
• Members or leaders of coding clubs, AI societies, tech communities, or large student groups
• Applicants must demonstrate credible campus reach and community access.

Earning Potential

This is a performance based role. Masters’ Union runs 3–4 AI initiatives each month. For every initiative, AI Campus Leaders have the opportunity to earn ₹3,000–₹4,000 based on verified participation and target completion. AI Campus Leaders who actively contribute across multiple initiatives can earn upto ₹12,000–₹15,000 per month. There is no fixed stipend. Earnings depend on individual performance and results achieved.

Recognition 

Recognition for AI Campus Leader at Masters’ Union is merit-based.Only a select top cohort of high performing AI Campus Leaders will receive:

• Official Certificate from Masters’ Union
• Letter of Recommendation from the Masters’ Union team
• Priority access to future AI initiatives and closed-door engagements

These recognitions are awarded upon successful completion of assigned targets and deliverables across initiatives.
