Associate Product Managament Internship

FloBiz is hiring for the role of Associate Product Management Intern! 

Responsibilities of the intern:

• Assist in the development and prioritization of consumer-facing product features and requirements.
• Conduct extensive user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and behavior.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to develop visually compelling and user-friendly product features.
• Support marketing teams in creating effective campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
• Coordinate product launches and work with marketing to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
• Continuously gather and analyze user feedback to drive product improvements and innovations.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in Product or Design
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Arts, or Engineering (with some design experience)
• Has also done a PM course to understand fundamentals
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to empathize with users and understand their behavior and needs.
• Great visual design sense with experience in design thinking methodologies.
• Experience in product management, product development, design, or related fields is preferred.
• Experience in consumer-focused products and user experience design.
• Familiarity with user research methodologies and data analysis.
• Experience working closely with marketing teams on campaigns and product launches.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
