Details
Responsibilities of the Intern:
- Support in crafting the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for our upcoming recruitment tech solutions
- Conduct deep market, competitor & user research for B2B HR products
- Work closely with tech and product teams to gather and document requirements
- Create wireframes, flowcharts, and feature documents to help align dev & business
- Support in building and refining internal processes, dashboards, and reports
- Engage with early users to gather feedback and translate it into insights
Requirements:
- Experience or strong understanding of Business Analysis (user stories, BRDs, workflows)
- Exposure to Go-to-Market strategy or product launches
- Comfort with tech tools (e.g., Notion, Figma, CRMs, analytics dashboards)
- Prior work/internship in a startup or recruitment-related domain is a big plus
- Strong communication & documentation skills
- Ownership mindset with a love for building & iterating fast
