Responsibilities
- Assist students in career planning and decision-making.
- Conduct career counseling sessions and develop personalized career plans.
- Continuously communicate with students to understand their aspirations and provide guidance.
- Generate leads and drive business growth through effective sales strategies.
- Manage client relationships and ensure revenue generation.
- Handle B2B and B2C calling processes.
- Close deals and contribute to overall sales targets.
Qualifications
- Skilled in lead generation, client relationship management, and sales strategy.
- Prior experience in student counseling preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or related fields (BBA/MBA/B.Com/BCA/MCA/B.Tech/M.Tech/BAJMS/BA Hons, etc.).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
Benefits
- Stipend: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
- Attractive incentive policies
- Internship Duration: 3–4 months
- Full-time package: ₹5–6 LPA (with PPO opportunity)
- Experience Letter & PPO upon successful completion
