AppSierra is hiring for the role of Business Development Intern!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with prospects in the staff augmentation space
- Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, emails, and calls to generate leads and expand the client network
- Draft professional and persuasive email communications for client engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to customise staffing solutions for clients
- Present clear and compelling value propositions tailored to client needs
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruitment trends and industry best practices
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in staff augmentation or recruitment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in professional email writing and LinkedIn engagement
- Ability to structure a strategic outreach approach to maximize prospect engagement
- Goal-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets
- Existing network within the recruitment or workforce solutions sector
- Deep understanding of recruitment workflows and staffing models
- Familiarity with outreach tools for lead generation
