Responsibilities of the Intern:
- Contact potential customers using company-provided leads
- Explain loan and insurance products clearly and professionally
- Convert leads into confirmed sales through effective communication
- Maintain accurate call and sales records
- Follow up with interested prospects to close deals
- Meet daily activity goals and monthly sales targets
- Loan Products (Personal / Other Financial Products)
- Insurance Products (Life, Health, Motor, etc.)
Requirements:
- High-quality, pre-generated leads
- Company-provided mobile phone and calling setup
- Structured sales training and on-the-job guidance
- Attractive performance-based incentives
- Exposure to the financial services and insurance industry
- Freshers, final-year students, or recent graduates
- Strong communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
- Willingness to learn sales and customer handling
- Goal-oriented and professional attitude
