Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support business growth and market development initiatives while assisting in identifying new business opportunities
• Conduct data research, analysis, and reporting to inform strategic decision-making
• Assist in marketing, sales, and client outreach activities to expand market presence
• Support the adoption of AI and technology in day-to-day business processes to enhance operational efficiency
• Create engaging marketing content, including video editing and AI-generated video content for promotional campaigns
• Coordinate telecalling and client follow-ups to maintain strong customer relationships
• Assist in HR and recruitment-related activities to support organizational growth
• Research and maintain data on prospective overseas clients to identify expansion opportunities
• Support database management and operational coordination to ensure seamless project execution
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales collateral with multimedia elements under team guidance
• Leverage AI tools and technologies to streamline business development processes and improve efficiency
• Track and report on key business development metrics and performance indicators
• Learn and apply business development principles in a real-world, fast-moving environment

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a first-year MBA degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
• 0-1 year of work experience (freshers welcome to apply)
• AI Knowledge is a must – Understanding of AI tools, applications, and how to leverage them for business processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
• Strong interest in business development, market research, and client engagement
• Familiarity with AI-powered business tools and platforms

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is essential for daily tasks, data analysis, and presentation preparation
• Proficiency in Google Sheets for data management and analysis
• Video Editing Skills – Competency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools) to create professional marketing and promotional content
• AI Video Generation – Knowledge of AI video generation tools such as Synthesia, Pictory, D-ID, or similar platforms to create compelling video content efficiently
• Strong AI Knowledge – Practical understanding of popular AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) and their applications in business development, content creation, and data analysis
• Basic to intermediate understanding of technology and software tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and potential clients
• Keen eye for detail and ability to conduct thorough market research
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Creative thinking and ability to produce innovative marketing content
• Comfort with learning new tools and technologies
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends
