Webninjaz Technologies is hiring for the role of Business Development Intern!
Role Description:
This is a full-time role for a Business Development Intern at Webninjaz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The Business Development Intern will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including lead generation, market research, customer service, and communication. This is an on-site role located in Noida.
Responsibilities of the Intern:
- Work on Freelancer, Upwork, Truelancer, PPH and more for the virtual sale/Bidding Auctioning.
- Seek proposals from the clients and discussing the scope.
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
- Contact potential clients via phone and emails
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
- Build reports to present to the manager.
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
Requirements:
- Analytical Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in lead generation and market research
- Customer service experience
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of web development and technology trends is a plus
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
