Campus Ambassador

Campus Publicity:

• As a campus ambassador, the primary task will be to publicize the fest APOGEE by sending route emails and messages on college WhatsApp groups, along with the visual presentation of the fest through posters, flyers, etc.

Social Media Publicity:

• Maintain a strong social media presence on Facebook and Instagram, posting about APOGEE and hence increasing its popularity.

Strategizing & Ideation:

• Coordinate with APOGEE to strategize campaigns to make the fest bigger and better.

Workshops:

• Organize technical events workshops in their college under the guidance of APOGEE, BITS Pilani.

For Bonus Points – Bringing in Participation:

• Campus Ambassadors will also be responsible for bringing in participants to the fest through their outreach, landing them extra awards.

Who Can Apply:

• Only those candidates can apply who:
  • can start the part time job/internship between 27th Jan'26 and 3rd Mar'26
  • are available for duration of 2 months
  • have relevant skills and interests

Other Requirements:

• Are available for a duration from "January 2026" to "March 2026".
• Both UG and PG students from colleges of all streams i.e. science, commerce, humanities, and others can apply.
• Candidates will not be required to travel anywhere for this part-time internship.
