Jivichem Synthesis Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chemical Engineer Intern to oversee and manage operations at our Salicylaldehyde production plant.
About the Role: This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless plant management, safety compliance, and operational efficiency in alignment with our commitment to quality and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise day-to-day plant operations, focusing on Salicylaldehyde manufacturing.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Optimize production processes to improve yield and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with R&D and Quality Assurance teams for process improvements.
- Manage maintenance schedules and operational troubleshooting.
- Maintain comprehensive records of operational parameters and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of process safety management, troubleshooting, and regulatory standards.
- Leadership skills with hands-on plant supervision experience.
