Community Growth Partner – Student Travel Program

About the company: Aalsi Backpackers is a travel community initiative from IIT Delhi focused on curating offbeat Himalayan experiences. Our mission is simple help people pause, discover, and connect. We create nature retreats and meaningful travel journeys for students, corporate professionals, and entrepreneurs. We go beyond itineraries by integrating regional experiences, community bonding, and local collaborations, with transparency and affordability at the core.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Promote Aalsi Backpackers trips and community initiatives on campus
• Share trip information in WhatsApp groups, college clubs, and social circles
• Help in identifying and forming interest groups from your college
• Occasionally assist in co-hosting or coordinating travel/trips
• Collect feedback and build trust among students for a non-commercial, community-led travel space

Requirements:

Only those candidates can apply who:

• are available for the work from home job/internship
• can start the work from home job/internship between 12th May'25 and 16th Jun'25
• are available for duration of 2 months
• have relevant skills and interests

Other Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in college/university
• Members of active campus clubs (travel, LGBTQ+, literature, photography, drama etc.)
• Strong presence on Instagram or WhatsApp communities
• Enthusiastic about travel and community-building
• Good communicators & active in their college networks
• Comfortable promoting events/trips both online and offline
