Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to actively engage and grow our online community across social platforms, and groups.
- Organize virtual and on-site events such as webinars, workshops, and Q&A sessions to engage the community.
- Collect and share valuable community feedback with internal teams to improve product offerings and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, CRs, and club & event coordinators within the community.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Creative thinker with a passion for driving engagement and fostering connections.
