The 80/20 Consultants is a boutique consulting organization run completely by students pan-India (SRCC, Hindu, SSCBS, LSR, St. Stephens) and mentored by leading analysts from top-notch global consulting companies (BCG, Bain & Co., McKinsey & Co., PwC, BII) that works alongside startups, corporate and social enterprises, aiming to create a socio-economic impact by assisting clients to improve their businesses and hence, adapt to an increasingly dynamic ecosystem.

We are looking for penultimate and final year undergraduate students with the zeal to learn and work as consultants.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

Each Consulting Manager would be specified a particular domain from business, career, and marketing wherein they would be performing the following responsibilities:

1. Leading an action-oriented and dedicated business division of junior associates
2. Heading and advising real clients in solving real-time issues and devising comprehensive solutions
3. Preparing reports and conducting meetings and seminars
4. Handling client acquisition and marketing of the organization

Eligibility: Students who are in their penultimate (pre-final) and final year of study from any stream

Requirements:

1. Basic proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
2. Strong communication and analytical skills

Duration: 6 Months

Time Commitment: 20-25 hours a week
