College Jaankaar is hiring for the role of Team Leader Intern!
About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Intern Team Leader to join our team. This individual will have a passion for writing and an ability to lead a team to create engaging content for products such as gift cards, greeting cards, and novels. You will play a key role in both content creation and team management, ensuring the timely delivery of innovative ideas.
Responsibilities of the Intern:
- Lead and mentor a team of interns, guiding them to create original content for greeting cards, gift cards, and novels.
- Develop creative concepts and ideas for card messages, themes, and novel excerpts, ensuring content resonates with the target audience.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with brand values.
- Provide feedback and constructive criticism to help interns improve their writing and creative skills.
- Oversee content calendars and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Stay informed about trends in the gifting and greetings industry to keep content relevant and fresh.
- Review and edit content for clarity, grammar, tone, and alignment with brand voice.
- Work with the team to develop strategies for content creation that differentiate our products in the marketplace.
Requirements:
- Proven creative writing skills with excellent storytelling abilities.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience guiding a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to generate unique ideas tailored to different content formats.
- Portfolio or samples that showcase your creativity in writing.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong editing and proofreading skills, with an eye for detail.
- Passion for creative writing, literature, and the art of gifting.
- Prior experience writing for gift cards, greeting cards, or novels.
- Knowledge of current trends in the greeting card and gifting industries.
