Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms.
  • Manage and optimize social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Analyze marketing data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create compelling content for digital channels, including social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
  • Engage with customers and prospects through social media and other digital touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and drive lead generation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing collateral and promotional materials.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional Communication Skills are essential for articulating marketing strategies and engaging with diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability in Customer Handling and Customer Service to build strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing to drive brand awareness and engagement across platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in Sales Performance and Sales Management to contribute to revenue growth and strategic sales initiatives.
