Early Career Trainee - University Relations

Baker Hughes is hiring for the position of Early Career Trainee - University Relations!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Participating in overall recruitment to ensure the best candidate experience and positioning Baker Hughes’ as an Employer of Choice
• Learning the hiring/recruiting and university relations process including interview scheduling, verbal offer processing & document uploading
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams in the region to support hiring students for our internships
• Supporting assessment days, campus events, and presentations to attract and hire early talent
• Contributing to projects as a team member on small projects and supporting volume recruitment campaigns aligned to business needs

Requirements:

• Have recently graduated (within the last 12 months) with a bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Human Resources or similar
• Be a problem solver with great analytical and communication skills
• Have high attention to detail, be willing to learn & show a keen interest in recruitment
• Have the legal right to work without restrictions or company sponsorship in the United Arab Emirates
