Responsibilities
1.Essential Duties: • Sell flower arrangements • Stock cooler shelves, water plants as required. Clean and organize flower sales area • Inventory cooler contents and surrounding areas and transmit results to Flower Shop. • Maintain Inventory along with required follow ups with RDC for replenishing flower stock. • Taking customised orders from customers. Flower Shop Representatives are responsible for • Providing exceptional customer service to our customers; • Selling flowers over the counter, answering phones, taking orders over the phone or in person, balancing the cash drawer and taking payments. • In addition, Flower Shop Representatives are responsible for assisting clients in creation of hampers and special requests arrangement process.
