Intel is hiring for the role of Gen AI/LLM Specialist Intern!

Responsibilities of the Intern:

  • Assist in the validation and benchmarking of Gen AI/LLM models and GenOps frameworks on Intel's latest hardware.
  • Assist with accelerating customer integration and promote broader awareness and adoption.
  • Improve existing frameworks or develop new ones, specifically optimized for Intel Hardware.

Requirements:

  • MS in computer science, specializing in LLM, AI, Deep Learning, and Machine Learning.
  • Strong understanding and experience with fine-tuning and Pre-Training.
  • Proficient in LLM inferences and optimization.
  • Solid knowledge and experience with Python and Ray.
  • Experience with Vector DB and LLM Orchestration frameworks.
  • Ability to develop and apply software engineering methods to solve technical problems.
  • Capable of working effectively in a self-organized agile team.
  • Constantly seeking improvement and providing supportive documentation.
  • Participates in agile ceremonies and code reviews with other team members.
  • Knowledgeable in the Linux operating system, CPU, and GPU.
  • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps solutions.
  • Experience with Kubernetes (k8s) is an added advantage.
  • Contributions to open-source projects is an added advantage.

  • On 10th June, Intel declared that will acquire Barefoot Networks, an emerging leader in Ethernet switch silicon for the data center, accelerating delivery of Ethernet-based fabrics.
