Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation:
  Create visuals for social media, websites, promotional materials, and internal projects.
• Brand Identity Support:
  Maintain visual consistency across all Gametosa platforms and communications.
• Collaborative Work:
  Work with marketing, content, and development teams to support campaigns and visuals.
• Image Editing:
  Retouch and manipulate images for features, ads, and digital campaigns.
• Template & Layout Design:
  Design and manage reusable templates for presentations, social media, etc.
• Feedback Implementation:
  Revise designs based on feedback from creative and management teams.
• Trend Research:
  Stay updated on design trends and contribute fresh ideas for branding and storytelling.

Requirements:

• Software Skills:
  Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  (Bonus: Knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, Canva, or After Effects)
• Design Knowledge:
  Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Creativity & Aesthetics:
  Ability to create visually engaging content that aligns with Gametosa’s brand.
• Communication:
  Good verbal and written skills for interpreting briefs and presenting ideas.
• Time Management:
  Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Team Attitude:
  Open to feedback, eager to learn, and collaborative in approach.
