About Us:

Rancho Labs is a startup within the education industry, committed to innovation and growth in the K–12 segment. We are seeking a Growth Hacking Intern to join our team and play a crucial role in our B2B segment by collaborating with potential partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential B2B partners and stakeholders in the education industry that can be fruitful for Rancho Labs.
• Develop and execute strategies to initiate collaborations and partnerships that align with Rancho Labs' business objectives.
• Conduct outreach and engage with potential partners through various channels, including email, LinkedIn, and networking events.
• Help in creating compelling pitches and presentations to showcase the benefits of collaboration with Rancho Labs.
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of partnership initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of
• partnerships.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities
• within the education sector.

• Enthusiastic and proactive mindset with a strong desire to contribute to Rancho Labs' growth.
• A research-driven person with good analytics skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and is good at working in
• collaboration with other stakeholders.
• Ability to research, identify, and engage potential partners effectively within the
• education industry.
• Collaborative team player who can work seamlessly with different departments.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge or interest in growth hacking strategies is a plus.
