About The Role:

• We’re selecting a small founding cohort to help build Mochatrade’s trader community ahead of public launch.
• You’ll create content, run conversations in the communities you already live in, and bring engaged traders into our private waitlist.
• This is a high-ownership growth role working directly with the founding team.

Company Description:

• Mochatrade lets Indians trade perpetual futures on US stocks (TSLA, NVDA, AAPL), pre-IPO stocks (Cerebras, Anthropic, SpaceX), commodities (oil, gold, silver), and crypto.
• Users can deposit INR via UPI rails, trade, and withdraw to their bank with 24/7 settlement and no foreign remittance required.
• Backed by Y Combinator (P26) and Pioneer Fund. Currently in closed beta pending regulatory approval.

Founding Team:

IIT alumni, repeat founders. Previously built Martian, the largest wallet on Aptos (2M+ installs, $2B+ in transaction volume, backed by Race Capital and Jump).

What You’ll Do:

• Build Mochatrade’s presence in active Indian trader communities — Telegram, Discord, X, college finance clubs.
• Create short-form content (X, Reddit, YouTube Shorts) on perps, US equities, and active trading.
• Host at least one online or offline session per month for active retail traders.
• Drive qualified signups to the private waitlist.
• Surface community feedback directly to the founding team.

Who You Are:

• Actively trade on Zerodha, Dhan, Delta Exchange, or similar platforms; you understand margin, derivatives, and how active retail traders think.
• Already plugged into Indian trader communities — Telegram groups, finance Twitter, college trading or finance clubs.
• Can ship content without hand-holding; you’ve shipped something publicly before (a thread, newsletter, YouTube channel, or campus org).
• Comfortable working in a sprint, in public, with real-time feedback.
