General Counselor Internship

Responsibilities of the Intern:

• Patient Listening: Engage with patients to understand their concerns and health issues thoroughly.
• Empathetic Reassurance: Provide patients with comfort, assurance, and a sense of trust in BetterWay’s approach.
• Expert Analysis & Understanding: Evaluate patient complaints and match them to the right specialist at BetterWay.
• Counseling & Information Sharing: Advise patients on BetterWay's treatment methods, highlighting the pros and cons of the approach.
• Expectation Setting: Set clear and realistic expectations about the potential benefits, limitations, and timelines of treatment.
• Appointment Scheduling: Assist patients in booking appointments and guide them on visiting our healthcare centers.
• Real-time Responsiveness: Maintain immediate and effective communication with users via calls, WhatsApp, and video calls.
• Driving Confidence: Help users feel confident and committed to following the treatment plan through expert guidance.

Requirements:

• A founder mindset, driven by passion and a willingness to build something from the ground up.
• Strong problem-solving skills, enthusiasm for technology, and a passion for the healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with potential patients and ensure their commitment.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related fields, or prior exposure to the healthcare or wellness industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
• Understanding of chronic ailments/disorders and their Ayurvedic treatment approaches
