HR & Admin Intern

We are looking for HR and Admin intern who will be able to assist in all the day to day HR activities. Logibricks is a B2B Enterprise Software Product Company Started by Chartered Accountants, IIMA & IITKGP Alumni with Several Years of Experience & a Strong Passion to Solve Complex Business Problems by creating Innovative Software Apps. We are a team of passionate developers, coders, analysts who are trying to solve problems in 4 verticals 1) ERP for Mfg and Retail Sector. Focusing on ever increasing MSME sector with a need to create a centralized integrated business suite applications affecting all external and internal stakeholders, a web based solution encompassing all modules is what our product supports. Features like Supply Chain Optimization, Plant Maintenance, Quality / Batch Management and many more are already been developed. Existing Clients range from Turnovers of around 30 crores to 2500 crores. 2) Man and Machine Tracking- Asset Trackers, Field Management Solutions with 3) Service Vertical to manage special assignments- Both in Web and Mobile- Customers include large MNCs in India 4) Legal , Banking and Compliance Vertical- Created various add on products that can be added over any other ERPs or own our ERP In less than 2 years we have grown from team of 3 to 35 persons and this is increasing rapidly . Responsibilities

1. Recruitment- Preparation of recruitment tracker, assisting in recruitment across all departments Maintaining Documentation - Employee Files , preparing necessary letters for all new joiners 2. Performance Appraisal- Compile data from the Performance Appraisal Forms 3. Employee Engagement Activities- Assisting in activities like Birthday Celebration, Day’s celebration, Festival celebration 4. Payroll- Assist in Salary processing, Salary Slips Generation, Full & Final settlement & clearance 4. Time Office- Verification of Day to Day attendance Ensure proper working of Attendance Punching Machine, day to day capturing of Data, issuing Punching cards to new joiners etc. Maintain Employee Leave records 5. Admin Activities- Managing admin related activities Managing payments of utilities Monitoring housekeeping and other utilities Other requirements Should have own vehicle Should be fluent in English, Marathi and Hindi
