Responsibilities
1. Recruitment- Preparation of recruitment tracker, assisting in recruitment across all departments Maintaining Documentation - Employee Files , preparing necessary letters for all new joiners 2. Performance Appraisal- Compile data from the Performance Appraisal Forms 3. Employee Engagement Activities- Assisting in activities like Birthday Celebration, Day’s celebration, Festival celebration 4. Payroll- Assist in Salary processing, Salary Slips Generation, Full & Final settlement & clearance 4. Time Office- Verification of Day to Day attendance Ensure proper working of Attendance Punching Machine, day to day capturing of Data, issuing Punching cards to new joiners etc. Maintain Employee Leave records 5. Admin Activities- Managing admin related activities Managing payments of utilities Monitoring housekeeping and other utilities Other requirements Should have own vehicle Should be fluent in English, Marathi and HindiPerks
