I-PAC is hiring for the role of HR Intern!

About I-PAC:

Responsibilities of the Intern:

  • Own, drive, advise and support line managers through the annual HR processes around performance, promotions, bonuses, annual pay, potential assessment and succession planning
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions)
  • Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations
  • Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success
  • Track employee escalations and take proactive steps to control escalations
  • Manage end-to-end employee life cycle
  • Work on HR initiatives

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies
  • Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

Preferred:

  • Should be able to join immediately
  • Exposure to working in a fast-paced dynamic work environment

Location: Hyderabad
