HR Internship

Mastero Konnect is hiring for the role of HR Intern:

Responsibilities of the Intern:

• Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
• Conduct market research to identify potential candidates and talent pools
• Develop and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and other organizations to source potential interns and entry-level employees
• Create and post engaging job descriptions on various platforms
• Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and keep track of all applications
• Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates
• Prepare interview reports and provide feedback to hiring managers
• Extend job offers and handle all onboarding paperwork
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and company culture events
• Conduct research and analysis on HR trends and best practices
• Prepare reports and presentations for HR leadership
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Passion for HR and a desire to learn and grow
