Details
Responsibilities:
- Post job openings on various platforms and track applications.
- Coordinate and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in onboarding documentation, induction programs, and training coordination.
- Prepare HR reports, letters, and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Assist in managing HR tools like HRMS, payroll software, and applicant tracking systems.
- Ensure all HR-related forms and templates are updated and properly maintained.
- Handle confidential information with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
- Assist the HR team in daily administrative tasks and operations.
- Support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Help in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
- Participate in employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
- Support employee engagement activities like events, surveys, and feedback sessions.
- Assist in performance management documentation and reporting.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Requirements:
- Recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRMS tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
