Details
Responsibilities of the Intern:
- Assist with the management of HR operations, including data entry, record keeping, and document management.
- Conduct research on HR-related topics, providing insights and recommendations.
- Support the recruitment process, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong research skills to gather and analyze HR-related information.
- Experience with document management and organization.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
