Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a motivated and passionated HR Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring a seamless experience for employees. This role involves recruitment, employee engagement, policy implementation, and performance management, contributing to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.
    • Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent, including campus hiring and internship programs.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement:
    • Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and feedback mechanisms.
    • Address employee grievances and ensure a healthy workplace culture.
  • Performance Management & Training:
    • Implement performance appraisal systems and facilitate employee career development programs.
    • Identify training needs and organize development programs to enhance skills and productivity.
  • HR Policies & Compliance:
    • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies in alignment with company objectives and labor laws.
    • Ensured compliance with employment regulations and managed HR documentation.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration:
    • Oversee payroll processing, compensation structures, and benefits administration.
    • Ensure timely resolution of payroll-related queries.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field..
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in HRMS and other HR-related software.
