We are seeking an individual who will be able to handle the end to end recruitment process for the US.
The candidate must be able to co-ordinate with the team and perform the recruitment task.
Responsibilities
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Source & screen profiles, short-list the candidates in preliminary rounds for US Location. 2. Manage cold calls to suitable candidates. 3. Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity. 4. Follow up with the respective candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process. 5. Manage the entire staffing process - recruiting, screening, interviewing, conducting tests and selecting employees to fill vacant positions throughout the organization. 6. Only Male Candidates will be preferred with good communication skills. 7. Hiring will be done for US Location for our own company and our companies project's.Perks
