Responsibilities of the Intern:

• Scheduling Interviews
• Follow up with candidates
• Conducting Cognitive/ Aptitude Tests
• Coordination

Requirements:

• Ability to stay highly efficient in a fast-paced, rigorous work environment
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Blend of creativity, analytical, perseverance and results-oriented problem-solving skills
• Strong sense of ownership and appetite for learning
• Proficient in Word, Excel (Moderate to Advanced Excel experience), Outlook, and PowerPoint
• An eye for the potential digital creator
• A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work with a wide range of individuals
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
