Internship Delegate

About the Role

Aptisure Learning is inviting enthusiastic and responsible students to join as Internship Delegates. This internship is designed for students who enjoy interacting with peers, building networks, and representing a growing education and career-development brand within their college community.

As an Internship Delegate, you will act as a student representative for Aptisure Learning and help spread awareness about our training, internship, and career-focused programs. Your role will involve connecting with students, sharing relevant program information, identifying interested candidates, and supporting the registration and enrollment process.

This opportunity is suitable for students who are confident communicators, active in college circles, and interested in gaining practical exposure in outreach, student engagement, marketing, and business development.

Responsibilities:

• Represent Aptisure Learning within your college and student network.
• Create awareness about Aptisure’s training, internship, and upskilling programs.
• Reach out to students through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, college groups, and peer networks.
• Identify genuinely interested students and guide them with basic program information.
• Encourage eligible students to complete the registration process.
• Share official posters, updates, announcements, and campaign details in relevant student communities.
• Help Aptisure build a stronger presence among students in your college network.
• Coordinate with the internal Aptisure team and submit regular outreach updates.
• Follow up with interested students and support lead conversion activities.
• Work towards weekly outreach, lead generation, and registration goals.

• Represent Aptisure Learning professionally and responsibly.
• Maintain regular communication with the internal team.
• Be consistent with outreach and follow-up activities.
• Focus on genuine student engagement rather than random promotion.
• Support lead generation and registrations with accountability.
• Meet assigned weekly outreach and enrollment-support targets.

Eligibility & Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in speaking with students and explaining basic program details.
• Active presence in college groups, communities, clubs, or student networks.
• Interest in outreach, marketing, student engagement, or business development.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, and online communication platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage outreach tasks consistently.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented attitude.
• Prior experience in student leadership, promotions, outreach, sales, or similar roles is a plus, but not mandatory.
