Position: Internship with Legal team
Eligibility - LLB or LLM fresher
(i) 4th & 5th-year students of 5-year course and
(ii) 3rd-year students of 3-year law course.
Tenure - 4 to 6 months.
after 6-month Interns may be considered as part Legal team and place at the position of Legal Executive.
Job description - Trademarks, Copyright, patent and design registration related work both domestic and overseas portfolio including trademark searches, journal screening, applications, responding to Office actions/examination reports, assisting with oppositions and litigations related to trademarks.
Experience in Trade Marks, Copyright and Design work during earlier internships or interest in IPR work.
Candidates need to have good command over written and spoken English.
Good personality with pleasant mannerisms.
Systematic approach and professional work attitude
