Futuristic Labs is hiring for the role of Lead Enrichment Intern!
Responsibilities of the Intern:

Lead Data Enrichment
- Research and validate incoming leads to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Add missing information such as job titles, company size, industry, and contact details.

Database Management
- Maintain and update the company’s CRM with enriched and segmented data.
- Identify and resolve inconsistencies in lead data.

Market Research
- Gather industry insights and identify target accounts for the sales and marketing teams.
- Monitor trends to refine ideal customer profiles (ICPs).

Collaboration with Sales and Marketing
- Work closely with the sales team to prioritise high-potential leads.
- Partner with marketing to align lead enrichment with campaign strategies.

Reporting and Analysis
- Generate reports on lead enrichment metrics and quality improvement.
- Recommend improvements to enhance lead generation workflows
Requirements:
- Education: Any bachelors degree.
- Strong analytical and research abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
