About the Opportunity:
This is an exciting internship opportunity for college students who are passionate about web development and want to gain hands-on experience in full-stack development using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Interns will get the chance to work on real-world projects, collaborate with experienced developers, and learn industry-level best practices. This internship will also help students improve their problem-solving and teamwork skills while building a strong portfolio.
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Front-end Development: Build interactive user interfaces using React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Back-end Development: Develop RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Database Integration: Work with MongoDB to store, retrieve, and manipulate data.
- Debugging & Testing: Fix bugs, write unit tests, and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
- Version Control: Use Git and GitHub for source code management.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members using tools like Trello, Slack, or Notion.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of code, processes, and updates.
- Learning & Implementing: Stay updated with the latest technologies and apply them to the project.
Requirements:
- Must be a college student pursuing B.E./B.Tech in Computer Engineering/IT or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with React.js (components, props, state, hooks).
- Understanding of Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Experience working on mini-projects or college assignments using MERN.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Added advantage: knowledge of tools like Postman, VS Code, and Firebase.
