Responsibilities of the Intern:

  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Help with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Assist in preparing HR-related reports and presentations.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
