We are looking for motivated and execution-oriented Outreach Interns to support Zyra’s awareness and user acquisition initiatives through both online and offline channels.

Position

• Role: Outreach Intern
• Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities

The selected intern will be responsible for contributing to Zyra AI’s growth initiatives by driving awareness and user engagement.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating awareness about Zyra AI through online and offline outreach activities
• Promoting Zyra AI across personal networks, communities, colleges, and social channels
• Supporting app adoption initiatives and user acquisition campaigns
• Encouraging user engagement through policy uploads and platform usage
• Identifying opportunities to increase awareness and participation
• Sharing feedback and insights from users to strengthen growth strategies

Initial Assessment Task (Pre-Interview Evaluation)

As part of the selection process, applicants will be required to complete an initial outreach assignment to demonstrate execution capabilities and communication skills.

Assessment Deliverables:

• Generate 5 Zyra scores from different users (takes 3-4 mins only)
• Share their feedback and your personal feedback from a product perspective
• Give 3 new features which you would want Zyra to incorporate in future

Compensation Structure

This is an incentive-based internship opportunity. 

Incentive Model:

An internship certificate and upto 25,000 INR (Incentive based)

High-performing interns will be considered for:

• PPO and PPI opportunities

Eligibility Criteria

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are currently pursuing undergraduate/postgraduate studies or are recent graduates
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate initiative and execution ability
• Have an interest in startups, growth, marketing, or business development
• Are comfortable with outreach and community engagement activities
• Can work independently in a remote environment

Prior experience is not mandatory.
