About the role: Agomuc Program Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic People & Product Management Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Engineering Management, Product Management (Technology), Operations, HR Operations, Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Advisory. As an intern, you will contribute to various aspects of people and product management, working in a hybrid work environment and gaining valuable skills applicable across multiple domains

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps
  • Support the planning and coordination of team-building activities and events
  • Contribute to HR operations, including onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management
  • Assist in recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Analyze data using Excel to provide insights and support decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance productivity
  • Participate in networking events and build relationships with industry professionals

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis using Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Understanding of product management principles
  • Familiarity with HR processes and practices
