Details

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) with a focus on driving sales and reducing cost per conversion on sahii.in
  • Monitor and optimise campaigns daily — bids, budgets, keywords, ad copy, audience targeting, and landing page alignment
  • Own SEO execution end-to-end: on-page optimisation, technical audits, keyword research, content briefs, and fixing crawl/indexing issues
  • Optimise the website for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) so sahii.in appears in AI-generated search results across Google SGE, Perplexity, and ChatGPT
  • Set up and maintain conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and GA4; build reports that connect ad spend directly to revenue
  • Identify and fix conversion bottlenecks on the website — work with the dev/content team to improve product pages, category pages, and checkout flow
  • Conduct regular competitor and keyword gap analysis to find growth opportunities in both paid and organic channels
  • Collaborate with the dev and content team to ensure SEO, performance, and CRO recommendations are implemented correctly and on time
  • Stay on top of Google algorithm updates, ad policy changes, and shifts in AI-driven search behaviour and bring recommendations proactively

Requirements:

  • 6+ months of hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts — not just learning, actual live campaigns with real budgets
  • Demonstrable SEO experience with results to show: traffic growth, ranking improvements, or technical fixes that moved the needle
  • Working knowledge of GEO and AEO — you understand how AI search engines surface content and know how to optimise for them
  • Proficiency with Google Ads Manager, Google Search Console, GA4, and Google Tag Manager
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog
  • Strong analytical mindset — you read data, form hypotheses, and act on them, not just report numbers
  • Ability to write clear, conversion-focused ad copy and meta content
  • Comfortable working remotely and collaborating async with a dev and content team
  • Self-driven with strong ownership — you flag problems early, propose solutions, and follow through
  • A portfolio, case study, or live example of work you've done is mandatory — candidates without proof of work will not be shortlisted
