Program Growth Internship

Newton School is hiring for the role of Program Growth Intern - Academic Interviewer!

Responsibilities of the Intern:

• Assist in conducting technical and behavioral interviews for candidates.
• Evaluate candidates' coding, problem-solving, and technical skills based on predefined criteria.
• Provide structured feedback for candidates to help the admissions team review their candidature for the programs.
• Support the admissions team by coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate records.
• Learn and implement best practices in interviewing and candidate evaluation.
• Collaborate with mentors to refine the interview process and ensure fair assessments.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or Recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field from a Tier-1 Engineering College.
• Basic knowledge of Coding, Data Structures & Algorithms, and Problem-Solving Techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in learning about interview processes and talent evaluation.
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with online coding platforms and virtual interviewing products is a plus.
