Fretron Private Limited is hiring for the role of Project Management Intern!
Responsibilities of the Intern:
- Assist the project manager in defining project scope, developing project plans, and tracking project progress.
- Coordinate project team activities and ensure effective communication between team members including engineering, product management, and sales to ensure the project is on track and meeting the necessary requirements.
- Organize project meetings, create agendas, take meeting minutes, and keep everyone informed about project status.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and risk logs.
- Conduct research and analysis on various project-related topics and present your findings to the project team.
- Identify and track project risks and issues, escalating them to the project manager as necessary.
- Assist the project team in other duties as required.
- Learn and apply project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum is a plus.
