QA Internship

vConstruct is hiring for the role of QA Intern!

Responsibilities of the Intern:

Manual Testing (Initial Phase):

• Understand project requirements and user stories.
• Write and execute test cases based on functional and UI specifications.
• Report, track, and retest bugs using tools like ADO
• Perform regression, functional, UI, and exploratory testing.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and QA team discussions.

Automation Testing (Later Phase):

• Learn and contribute to test automation scripts under guidance.
• Work with tools like Playwright, Typescript
• Automate repetitive test cases and integrate them into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Contribute to enhancing test coverage and reporting.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in computer science, Architecture Civil /Mechanical.
• Strong interest in software testing and QA processes.
• Basic understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with tools like ADO, or Excel for test case management (a plus).
• Exposure to any programming language like JavaScript, Python, or Java (optional, but helpful for automation).
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
