Quepinch Student Partner

Quepinch is pleased to announce the Student Partner Program that gives a unique opportunity for students to get the first-hand experience of launching and expanding a brand within their campus. The Student Partner will act as Campus CEOs to represent Quepinch on their campus. We look forward to meeting candidates who can take such a responsibility.

The program starts in the month of June 2020.

Roles:

Based on your skills, you will be assigned to work in one of the following areas:

1. Technology: You will be involved in building tech communities and contributing to it. You will help to organize the programming hackathon, contests, or workshops. You will get to learn programming and other tech-related stuff that can help grab fat package jobs in Big Tech/Fintech Companies.
2. Marketing/Branding: This will involve branding Quepinch on and/or outside your campus via digital marketing or physical campaigns. If you are willing to pursue a career in the sales, marketing, or management field or planning to pursue MBA, the experience of this role will help you get fat packages in respective roles in the Big Companies.
3. Event Management: You will be responsible for organizing and coordinating events like hackathons, workshops, boot camps, etc. If you are willing to pursue a career in the sales, marketing, or management field or planning to pursue MBA, the experience of this role will help you get fat packages in respective roles in the Big Companies.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

The responsibilities vary based on the role. The following are some general tasks that you might be doing over the duration of the QSP program:

1. Share product feedback and the requirement directly with the Quepinch team
2. Educate students about the platform
3. Host or support events like contests, workshops, and hackathons
4. Depending upon the performance, you can be assigned to lead Quepinch communities

There is more interesting work that we would like to discuss over the call. Top performers will get a chance to become Regional Leaders.

Selection Process:

Students from any stream, degree, discipline, or year can apply.

We look for the skills a person possesses. We don't consider academic performance as a criterion for selection.

Applicants will get a short assignment that will be reviewed over the call.

Performance Tracking Mechanism:

The performance will be measured based upon delivery of the tasks, continuous engagement, and a few other factors.

Duration:

Student Partner Program has a duration of 6 months.
