About the Role:

We are looking for a sharp, self-directed MBA intern to join our Research & Market Intelligence function. You will work closely with leadership on research that informs product strategy, content publications, and business development — contributing to market studies, industry reports, and competitive intelligence work across Ailaysa's focus areas.

This is a high-ownership role suited to someone who combines analytical rigour with strong written communication and is comfortable navigating ambiguous, cross-disciplinary datasets in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, validate, and synthesise data from global sources — industry databases, institutional reports, and primary outreach where needed.
• Maintain structured research logs with clear source attribution and data provenance.
• Analyse market trends across geographies and industry verticals relevant to Ailaysa's business.
• Map competitive landscapes, emerging technologies, and ecosystem players.
• Translate quantitative and qualitative findings into actionable insights.
• Draft and edit research summaries, market snapshots, thematic essays, and executive briefings.
• Maintain master data repositories that feed directly into publication and design workflows.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity of content across all deliverables.
• Track milestones, flag gaps proactively, and coordinate with internal and external contributors.
• Support content preparation for events, launches, and presentations.

Requirements:

• MBA student or recent graduate — any specialisation; Strategy, Marketing, or International Business is a plus.
• Strong secondary research skills — comfortable with global databases, industry publications, and institutional sources.
• Excellent written English — able to synthesise complex information into clear, concise prose.
• Numerically comfortable — confident working with data in spreadsheets and drawing sound conclusions.
• High degree of self-direction — able to manage workload independently against firm deadlines.
• Genuine curiosity about language, publishing, AI, or global markets.
