Recruitment Process
Screening
Registered students will be screened by the RIL Team.
Assessment
Shortlisted students from the screening round will go through the online assessment (Cognitive Test + Subject Matter).
Interviews
Further shortlisted candidates will go through a personal interview round. The interview will be conducted from 20th Feb 2024 9 AM onwards. The exact time will be confirmed on a rolling basis.
LOI Acceptance
Shortlisted Candidates need to accept the Letter of Intent for the on-ground 8 week Summer Internship at Reliance Industries Limited.
Final Selection
Students will receive a final update on their candidature. In case of any further shortlisting steps, the students will be kept informed.
On Ground 8-Week Internship
Selected students will intern across sites/business with Reliance Industries Ltd. for 8 weeks between May and August 2025, at locations across India.
Details
The Reliance GET Summer Internship Program provides a launch pad for budding engineers by giving them training and exposure through on-the-job learning under the mentorship of in-house experts.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Eligible Disciplines: Open to students graduating In 2026 Batch (3rd year students) - Eligible disciplines are Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Metallurgical & Fire Engineering.
- Full Time Engineering from AICTE-Approved Colleges: Pursuing full-time BE/BTech from AICTE-Approved colleges.
- Minimum CGPA / Percentage: Minimum 60% or 6 CGPA across 10th, 12th, Diploma (if applicable) and minimum aggregate of 60% or more in engineering (upto latest semester).
- No Active Backlogs and No Cases of Detention: Students who currently have active backlogs or have experienced academic detention are not eligible.

Remuneration (per month): INR 30,000 for Non-IITs & INR 40,000 for IITs.
